Interior Photography for Rental Catalogue – Loft in Paris 20th
This project involved a renewed private loft located in a reconverted industrial building in Paris’s 20th arrondissement. The space, characterised by large open volumes, high ceilings and abundant natural light, was prepared for mid-term and seasonal rental on contemporary platforms. I was commissioned to produce a full set of photographs for the digital rental catalogue, highlighting the apartment’s spatial flow, architectural features, and material details. The images were developed with a strong emphasis on brightness, scale, and visual storytelling — to convey a feeling of calm, style, and openness. The photographs are optimised for web listings, social platforms, and digital catalogues, are tailored to the expectations of an international audience seeking premium accommodation in a bohemian yet upscale area of Paris.
