Pizzeria Iovine’s Louvre works

While working on the concept and the design of the game changer Neapolitan pizzeria in Paris Iovine’s, I wrote a photographic journal of the works in the soon to be the first store of Iovine’s in the very center of Paris. From the first day of the construction site to the pizzeria opening day, documenting the fast changing aspect of the site and describing the future pizza in its iconic urban context: two steps from the Bourse de Commerce, at the corner of the French ministry of culture headquarters, in front of  the banque de France, two minutes walking from the royal palace gardens, three minutes walking from Les Halles.
