PrimaTu — Photography

Photography for the PrimaTu website — a beauty and wellness salon in Amsterdam West run by Italian specialist Alessandra. The commission was to replace stock imagery with authentic photographs of real treatments, real clients and the real space, so the site would carry the actual presence of the salon rather than a generic representation of wellness.

The photographic approach is delicate and diffused — soft natural light, no clinical framing, no staged poses. Real clients volunteered to be photographed during their sessions, and the images follow the rhythm of the treatments without interrupting them. The result is a set of photographs that are functional for the website — portraits, treatment details, room views — and, at the same time, quietly authorial.
