Photographic Journal of Iovine’s Restaurant Construction and Opening
While working on the concept and early branding of Iovine’s — the Neapolitan pizzeria that redefined Italian dining in central Paris — I documented the transformation of its first restaurant space near the Louvre.
The project began with raw shots of the construction site and followed the evolution of the venue step by step, from concrete floors and cables to tile finishes, signage, and final table setups. Through a series of minimalist, architectural, and detail-focused photographs, the story of Iovine’s opening was visually narrated against one of the most iconic urban backdrops in Europe: just steps from the Bourse de Commerce, the French Ministry of Culture, the Banque de France, and Les Halles.
This work combined architectural documentation, interior design photography, and brand storytelling, supporting both the brand launch and the long-term identity of Iovine’s as a benchmark in contemporary Italian food culture in Paris.
