The echoes of the sirens photographic and video archive
Drifts is a nomadic art platform that organises transcultural festivals annually in different regions of Helsinki. The Echoes of the Sirens ponders the place of femininity in the world, bringing forth feminine voice, body and space. It is a landscape and a terrain of strange bodies echoing femininity. The work is inspired by Siren creatures. Kone Foundation and the City of Helsinki support the Echoes of the Sirens.
